Our Clown alley has a strong history in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Over the years we have hosted many artists and programs that have created the group that we have today.

The DFW Clowns “R” Us clown alley is committed to growing a strong community of clown artists who are trained, relevant, and perform with excellence.

FAQs

  • Absolutely! Clown alley meetings are not just for clowns. They’re for "First of Mays" (newbies), veteran clowns, entertainers, and those simply interested in the art of clowning. We encourage you to attend a few meetings to see if our alley is a good fit for you!

We want to share our love of clowning with everyone. And who knows... maybe you’ll be the next great clown!

  • All you need to bring is YOU!

We will occasionally have meetings where we will need supplies (balloons, ukuleles, face paint, etc.). These are optional, and you can still have fun without bringing anything. Check out the meeting page for info on the upcoming meeting details!

  • The first meetings are completely free to attend! We want you to feel welcome and give you a chance to see what our alley is all about. When you want to take the next step, there’s a small yearly fee ($15/person, $25/couple) to become an official member.

Once you’re a member, you can vote, enter into monthly drawings (to have a free membership for next year), AND MORE.

  • A clown alley is a group or organization of clowns who come together to perform, train, and support each other in the art of clowning.

You can join our alley and become a member by paying your yearly fee of $15/person or $25/couple or family and fallout a registration for online.

  • Perform at open mic sessions during meetings, participate in community outreach events, or volunteer for scheduled performances.

However, we are a nonprofit organization and when you hire our alley, proceeds go to the clown alley.
